The Rose Garden Day Nursery

Absolutely disgusting customer service and way of being talked to in front other parents and customers!!!! The owner has no idea how to speak to customers and we where made very aware that our child, despite being there for over a year was just another number !!

The owner doesn't take any notice of your shifts or days that your child is supposed to be there, whether full day or half day and we have had numerous rants down the phone from her stating that our daughter shouldn't be there yet we gave full years notice of when and how long we needed her to be there.

The owner is simply running off the service her staff provide as we had no issues with the staff and our daughter has grown up with and enjoys her time there.

Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a professional and trustworthy place to take your children to.

Customer service and professionalism is absolutely disgusting!!!

Lovely staff, daughter loved it but a shame they couldn't accommodate my shifts after my daughter had already been going here for 8months on a shift rota even with a years notice of shifts. Very disappointed and quite rude with being dealt with. Also short notice given to find another nursery. Manager can be very difficult to deal with and had awfully rude attitude when speaking to parents front of others

The Rose Garden day nursery is one of the best! Both of my children have attended and have been exceptionally happy there ,the staff are amazingly kind and professional. The development of both my girls came on leaps and bounds due to the care and attention they received. They have a wide variety of food on off , which is lovely as they eat healthy things that they would never entertain at home. Overall I fantastic setting for your child to grow and explore. I'm am forever grateful that they were able to experience such a place of care .

My daughter has been attending rose garden the last couple of years. We looked at lots of nurseries round Swansea but I loved the rose garden from the moment I walked in - it was so colourful, homely and all the children looked really happy. Best decision we made, our daughter has loved her time there and has really bonded with several of the staff as well as made lots of friends. All staff are extremely friendly and professional and really go the extra mile to ensure your children are happy. Ive also been very impressed by the nurseries covid procedures and have felt reassured that they are doing all that can during these difficult times. Would recommend 100%.

I chose this nursery based on the Care Inspectorate report Wales and word of mouth from other parents. There was no other nursery I was going to consider. The staff are extremely professional and so loving to all the children. Since COVID-19 I was anxious for my child to return (which I didn’t need to be) the staff have a strict protocol in place to protect the children and staff. I’m so relieved my child has been able to return to engaging with classmates and the little Rose garden family

I couldnt praise the Rose Garden enough for the way they look after my daughter. The staff are excellent, food quality and variety is brilliant and the activities that they put on for the children have brought our little girl on so much. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for caring staff who continually go above and beyond.

Cannot fault the RGDN. My 3 year old loved it and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Meals are all freshly cooked and my child has made lots of friends at the nursery.

Very professionally run day centre with plenty of things to keep the children busy my son loves to go there, the food is top quality and nutritional my older son went to a different nursery and received nowhere near the quality you get from rose garden all the staff are friendly and I have never had a bad experience reading previous comments this is the third nursery I have used and none of them cater for changing Rotas as not feasible due to them needing to fill the spaces on weekly basis so you are not taking up someone’s else’s space which is completely understandable would recommend to anybody looking for somewhere their child will receive the highest quality Of care
