My mum lived here in 2014 and she loved it. She settled in right away and all the staff were brilliant and really looked after her. Thank you to everyone who looked after her x

I sing at many homes and observe the practices of the staff and the home in general whilst setting up. The home is clean, the staff are friendly and caring. ( I used to be a council nursery nurse before becoming a pro singer so understand the importance of good practice)

I was booked by Elaine Wright, an activity lady and she was so helpful as I needed help with my equipment for the singing.

Elaine is very enthusiastic and so good with the residents.

The residents have good relationships with the Elaine and the staff. It was like a big family.
I was pleased the cleaning staff got involved to dancing with the residents during my show and did not have the attitude of "that's not in my job description" which you sometimes see often in some workplaces.
so ten out of ten for this home in my opinion.

Highly Recommend! 💯
The Nurses, staff and management keep the place running shipshape.
Every staff member always happy to assist and help with residences needs and they communicate and interact with them well.
There is a good diverse off ages, nationalities, experiences of staff and they are always upbeat and cheerful and work well together.
It has a very homely relaxed atmosphere
The rooms and communal areas are constantly being throughly cleaned (only once seen cobweb!)
The rooms are carpeted, well laid out and functional and have all that you need.
The food is excellent and varied and they offer varied selection off drinks and biscuits to visitors as well as residents throughout the day.
They have activities and really encourage engagement and involve all that want to take part.
The grounds are superb, lawns very well kept and the flagged seating area has lovely rattan furniture and relaxing water feature.
Maintence inside and out is always being maintained and checked.
Located very conveniently on main road, with its own good sized car park and serviced by local buses with stops right outside the gate so handy if don't have a car.
I have no anxiety about leaving my family member when I leave, confident that he is in good hands.

Some of the staff here are so unprofessional, my daughter worked a shift here and it’s one of them, if your face doesn’t fit let’s just say, can only assume it was a senior who was vile towards my daughter, manners cost nothing love

I have a friend who lives there and all I've heard is how they treat her. She needs 24 hour care and they don't bother they completely ignore her. My recommendation is to shut down Marley court until they employ nurses and carers who actually care and know what they're doing and also it needs a manager that cares too.

I think it's a disgrace to leave residents in bed, especially in this weather, my mum has dementia and it's affecting her mentally . It's just not acceptable and bad management what gose on there
