What an amazing service by Mrs. Chaliha. Her calm manner and her warm smile made me feel at home straight away. I was worried about my pregancy only to be met by the most reassuring doctor who alleviated all my concerns and put my mind to rest. I would highly recommend her to all mums to be.

Most horrific consultation I have ever had in my life.
Waited half an hour for the consultant to have the consultation due to what they called administrative error?!!

Not happy at all with the way of dealing with complaint! I got the impression that they seemed not caring about my complaint seriously. Very very disappointed!
No direct apologies whatsoever from the consultant even though I asked for it. This was ignored completely. No further reason/explanation was given.

still suffering & very traumatized by the experience(consultation) I had in this hospital.
I immensely regret even now that I made a decision to go to this hospital and I feel like I totally wasted my money and time there.
Personally, I am still in great shock and also cannot still belive that this happened in "private hospital" in "London,UK".
