Charlie did a great job in ensuring we had the correct machine, for a very good price.

Dave then came to do the install and was very quick. He made sure that we had everything we needed and gave comprehensive training for printing, scanning and general use.

Chi, was great!
He finally got us back up and running again with our scanner! He was quick and efficient, at getting our printers wifi back online.
He also asking me lots of questions until he was able to work out that our printer wasn't scanning because we had changed the name of the PC.🙈
We are really happy it's sorted 👍🏽

Dave did a great job at swapping our old printer and installing a new one. 10/10 service and we're very happy with the new device :)

Artur set up the printers and worked well with our external technical support team to install the drivers on our server. He showed me how to use the new features of the machine so I can now train our team to print directly from their phones!

Avoid this company at ALL COST, tied us into a 7 year contract for Telephone, now trying to suggest they have rolled us into a further 3 years. Changed name 3 times and I wonder why that is?

Also be very aware of the small print and I mean Tiny print, looking at other reviews I would say my company is not alone in having issues like this, it is also interesting that any poor reviews they deem fake, very strange and highly unprofessional.
