As the owner of Hunters Estate Agents in Cheltenham I can honestly say that Paul and the team at Officeworx are beyond brilliant in terms of service and customer centred care. We first used Officeworx many years ago as an alternative to a national firm of stationers, and found them to be better value and better at delivery. When our phone system crashed and everyone from hardware supplier to BT were blaming each other, Paul visited and repaired the fault free of charge. Since then they have supplied and looked after all of our communication systems flawlessly. They are very knowledgeable, never over charge and most importantly, are always ready to help. The Officeworx team designed and printed letters which gave a blank canvas for hundreds of primary age pupils from St James’ Primary School in Cheltenham to fill with messages and illustrations. These creative and individual letters were then delivered to our care home residents in Gloucestershire who treasured them. One resident summed up the delight; “That’s smashing. I’ll put it on my wall for the next 12 months.”

Officeworx once again delivered on our project ahead of time and to a perfect standard. Throughout this project we were met with delays and unexpected issues outside of our project, however the Officeworx team were able to offer key advice and solutions to combat this. This project covered the de-installation, recycling and install of over 80 Smart Interactive panels across two sites. Each stage of the project was well managed and next steps were clear. The team, as ever, were friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble for them to facilitate. We are looking forward to welcoming Officeworx back for our next projects very soon.

This summer Paul and the team helped my business MSP LAB deliver an extensive fibre replacement rollout for a large client of ours.
