First came to the store 10 years ago. Still impressed with the very helpful staff who were knowledgeable and flexible to my specific needs.

Can’t praise this place enough. Really happy with the quality of items purchased over the years, especially their own brand mattress. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, with top notch after sales support.

I visited the Amersham store in September 2019 and was looked after by Jeremy who helped me choose an electric sit/stand desk and ergonomic chair. Since I switched jobs 3 years ago, I found that I was spending up to 40 hours per week stuck in front of a computer and my back was starting to hurt. I did a fair bit or research before my visit and knew that HAG chairs had a great reputation. Desk-wise while they all did the same thing, I wanted to be sure that it was stable as I have a huge gaming PC. Jeremy talked me through the options and I settled on a HAG 7500 SoFi Mesh chair and Back In Action BIA PRO adjustable desk.

Jeremy then set up and adjusted my new chair in the shop before I took it home that day. It’s brilliant! The desk takes 10 working days to be delivered and they did it in 8. Chris arrived at the allotted pre-arranged time and set everything up – the desk, motor, cable tray and he even managed to hang my huge gaming PC to the underside which is a huge bonus. Getting it off the floor and out of the way is fantastic. I love my new desk and wish I’d bought one years ago. I now don’t feel trapped in one position while I work.

A few weeks later my chair started squeaking and within 5 minutes of me sending a video clip Jeremy phoned me to resolve the issue. He worked out what the problem was using a chair in the showroom and talked me through the fix over the phone. A simple case of tightening two screws underneath.

Back in Action have been an absolute delight to deal with… they listen, are patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. A first-rate company with great people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Huge thanks to Jeremy & Chris and everyone at Back in Action.

There are beds, pillows, sofas, easychairs & accessories like foam wedges & lumbar pads for your back. I particularly recommend the Humantool saddle chair which transforms a standard chair into an ergonomic chair. Last but not least there are the amazing mobiliser machines which deliver a powerful para-spinal treatment just using your own bodyweight. Well worth a visit just for a go on one!

Good service and great product. I bought my husband a chair from here last week, the sales guy - Matthew was fabulous. There was no pressure to buy. only good advice and they had our chair in stock, so I was able to take it away the same day. He even carried it to the car for me!

I got a home office chair here that changed my life. The gentleman assisting me made sure to find the correct chair and positioned it perfectly. Back pain from sitting at my desk all day gone. Heads-up, it's not cheap but it is worth it
