Incredibly happy with my new office chair. We came in to the showroom to try a few options and found the one we really liked. Customer service was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered on Saturday, and the chair arrived on Tuesday. Delivery was speedy, and everyone was quick in response to every query. Thank you!

Excellent service - I called them in the morning, visited their London showroom in the afternoon, and the chair was delivered 2 working days later. There's a good range in the showroom - always book in advance because you can't just turn up.
Tip of the day: always try out a chair before ordering it over the Internet.

From start to finish, it was a real pleasure to deal with Back2. It's quick and easy to speak to someone at the company, and Martin Corcoran was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the chairs I needed, delivery options, etc. He followed up with advice on the delivery time, and it was no problem to get a call 30 minutes before delivery.
The delivery driver called ahead as promised and was super-polite and -friendly, without a slightest grumble about getting the chairs into the right room. And no huge boxes to unpack and recycle – Back2 had assembled everything and protected the chairs with bubble wrap.
I'll definitely use this company again and recommend to everyone.
