I ordered a Herman Miller Sayl chair from Wellworking. The price was well below both the Herman Miller website and the John Lewis website prices so I was a little worried at first. But the chair arrived in the hour they specified. Even better than that... I had to go out during that hour, because Wellworking provide a human at the end of a phone I was able to provide detailed instructions to be passed on to the driver. For the first time ever the driver called me to confirm all was ok!

Congratulations Wellworking, you appear to be running a customer focused business.

Outstanding service. I purchased a Herman Miller Sayl office chair and it unfortunately developed a fault with its base (through no fault of Wellworking). They were happy to help and handled the warranty claim for me, and then visited me to replace the faulty part.

I ordered a Herman Miller Verus chair from Wellworking. Service was brilliant. Great updates on the order, arrived quickly, free returns if you need it (I don't as the chair is really comfy). Would recommend and re-use again.

I recently had a fantastic experience with WellWorking when buying a much needed computer chair. I’ve had back pain for 2 years, severe pain that can’t be treated by therapists… it was time to get a chair that will not do further damage, but instead help my pain & posture. I’d obviously heard & read about Herman Miller chairs but the price was scary.

Originally I found an ex-display Aeron chair on the WellWorking website for almost half price, and paid for it online on a Saturday. Feeling like I needed reassurance, I phoned on the Monday and got through to Laura who was so incredibly gracious, helpful & so lovely to speak to. After much deliberation on the phone to Laura, I decided to swap my online Aeron purchase, for the Mirra 2 which was still in my budget at full price, but gave me a 12 year guarantee.

It arrived 2 days later, brought down especially from the warehouse by WellWorking’s own couriers (I was expecting DPD or similar). Ahmed was wonderful, so funny & warm natured, even to my dog! He gave me an excellent demonstration & I liked him immensely - What a very kind, very friendly & very helpful man.

After a few days of using the Mirra 2, as amazing as it was I had doubts. My colleague said I should have gone for the Aeron, so I decided to travel to the showroom to try all the chairs before making up my mind, as I had 14 days to make a swap (if necessary).

Upon arrival at the showroom, David was such a nice guy - what a helpful team! I tried every chair, David was so knowledgable and didn’t rush me or pressure me at all. Immediately when I sat on the Aeron there was no contest, so I made the swap immediately and paid the difference, buying a brand new, full price Aeron with 12 years guarantee - Thank you David, you were brilliant.

Once again, 2 days later, my friend Ahmed arrived & he was just as lovely as the first time. He swapped the chairs and gave me another demo. I had told David how nice Ahmed was, so it was kind of David to arrange for him to come again for the continuity.

I love my chair, it feels like a bed… it’s pure delight! Thank you so much WellWorking, to Laura, Ahmed & David… what a great investment for my future. I can’t recommend you all highly enough, you’re such a kind & excellent team who really know your stuff!

can i just say how brilliant the customer service is? every touch point i’ve had from sales to live chat to delivery men have blown me away - super fuss free when i changed our chairs a few times and everyone was so prompt, polite, helpful. 10/10 for me - and probably the best customer interaction i’ve had since moving to the UK, and i really mean that :)

Not so great of a customer service.
I've sent an email asking info about a gas cylinder replacement, they dont fully know what cylinder options are available, it seems they don't know their products.
I did some research on my own and couldn't find the answer, hence, I tried asking again in a different email and they did the even bother replying...

Although when leaving a negative feedback your response time is exceptionally fast.

Wellworking are Fantastic!

I ordered a bespoke Boss Design Ltd desk named AC/DC; which was custom made. All of the team were wonderful, especially Martyn Travers (Key Account Manager) whom saw the order from start to finish. Continually communicating the whereabouts of the order and how it was progressing through the supply chain. This gave me unparalleled reassurance and I am deeply grateful for Traver's help.

The item arrived exactly when promised and the delivery men were delightful. Happily ensuring the table arrived safely.

I would recommend Wellworking to all. Thank you, ever so much.

Fantastic service - quick, efficient, driver brought the chair all the way up to my apartment on the 10th floor, gave me a tutorial on how to use it. His name was Ahmed I believe. Very very happy - will shop with you guys again.
