We visited the showroom to look for a new home office chair, as current seat was causing significant discomfort. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to listen to our needs, and discussing all the options. We were given the opportunity to try the different chairs available - I was even allowed to work in the showroom for a few hours for a "real" trial. We never felt under any pressure to buy, or choose a more expensive option. The whole experience was great and left me confident that I will be comfortable and pain-free working in the future.

Excellent service and very helpful. Supplied me with a Sit/Stand desk and everything I needed to hold my computer tower underneath. They have a showroom with office furniture you can try out before you buy to make sure its right for you. Cant recommend highly enough.

They have this excellent service called a Home Worker’s Assessment which was handled by Phil. He gave me in-depth information which was extremely helpful and offered a showroom appointment to try out the variety of chairs.
After the assessment, I booked an appointment and was thoroughly impressed with Phil’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail for my needs. He explained all the relevant aspects, enabling me to understand clearly and to make the right choice.
I bought a chair there and then and took it home right away!!

I have over time bought 4 Hokki stools from Heathy Home and Office, the service is always great despite me living in an 'odd' location and the price has always been the best. The stools themselves were recommended by my physio as I had regular back pain. Having used these stools now for several years the problem has stopped. Highly recommended.
