B W Office Supplies

We went looking for an executive office chair and ended up in a derelict looking area where a scruffy looking guy took us into some sort of warehouse, where most of the furniture was still in its wrappings.
There was no show room anything like this website.
The man was helpful but spent more time sitting in the chairs I was considering buying than I did.

We decided on an expensive chair but he would only accept cash, which we did not have with us so he directed us to Sainsbury's to get the cash.

We did go to Sainsbury's but I began to have doubts as to whether we would get a receipt when we paid him, since there did not seem to be any obvious sort of office in the area where the furniture was stored, or if we would have any sort of guarantee if anything went wrong with the chair so we did not return to buy it.

The whole experience seemed very 'iffy'

What a great buying experience! Not often a company provides real genuine customer service with one to one contact and an offer tailored to my requirements! Geoff was so knowledgable I actually bought more than I intended but paid less than my budget! If you're looking for real quality at affordable prices look here first- you won't be disappointed!
