I have thought about this review for 2 weeks...and I'm still annoyed. My husband and I came to look at some office chairs. Lady at reception said they were up stairs. We asked if there was a lift. Loads of people at work very busy down on the ground floor. So we came down stairs and said nobody came to help us. Oh do you want help? Was the receptionist responce? ..my thought was yes but no way are we going to climb up the stairs again with our mobility problems. I think you've got too big to think about individuals..and small customers..dont forget your roots..nobody was bothered we were small fry no big order potential...well no big recommendation.

Dreadful company to work with. Only skill appears to be completing public sector tender documents as it is clearly not around customer service, furniture delivery or product quality.
