Nice little industrial estate just outside of Sawbridgeworth near the main line station. Clean well laid out and lots of small offices. Parking is restricted and free for one hour.

In the time we rented an office space at Allen house the management team made everything effortless and was always extremely helpful. We only ever required a short term rental otherwise we would of had no reason to move on.

It's a great office space for anyone that is starting up with their own business. Building facilitates are always clean and tidy. Lastly the management team are fantastic! - helpful, friendly, supportive.

We love being in Allen House. Nice offices and the staff are very helpful. Having maintenance people onsite helps alot as issues can be sorted quickly, and the building is constantly being improved.

A nice, river-side location, with several refurbished and purpose built structures for businesses to rent. Parking is available on site.

Fantastic serviced offices in Sawbridgeworth. We have been here for about ten years (We distribute specialist spine treatment equipment). There is an easy in easy out system with no long term commitments. We started in one unit, moved twice, firstly to downsize as we stopped one aspect of our business and then moved to a larger space as we expanded. There is plenty of secure parking, it's a few minutes to Sawbridgeworth station which is ideal for getting into London and most importantly the service is superb. The tenants come first is the mantra. Phones and internet included, any problems with anything (not that there are really any) get dealt with. Rubbish is collected daily, the building is kept clean and parcels get left with the reception when we're not in. And people smile. There are a couple of cafes within 2 minutes if you want to go out of the office and have coffee or something decent for breakfast or lunch. And, its by the River Stort. We often go for a short walk along the toe path to clear our heads. All in all, been here ten years and it ticks all the boxes.

We are very lucky to have such a great office space at Allen House. The whole management team look after the site to a high standard and are always available if we need assistance.
The rent is good value for money and the building at a high standard with great facilities.
