We and our partners at CSDS have been using Office Space facilities for a few years now and thought it'd be a good investment in using regus in locations where our staff are being contracted out by clients so they have multiple workspaces available to them for creativity as apposed to one location day in day out. Katarina Krajcirovicova at London Berkeley has provided us with amazing support, getting us of the ground and pointing us in the right direction whenever information is needed. I would not hesitate to recommend businesses seeking a solution within greater London to speak to her.

A great atmosphere and Membership Lounge to work from. The Staff are always welcoming. In particular, Katherina has been a delight, she is very efficient in assisting with queries and goes above and beyond for client satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Katarina at the Berkeley Square office for Signature at Regus has been a star worker , who has made my working days at the Berkeley Square office go very smoothly . She always has a smile and willing to help .

Update: as expected, the response from Regus is the same as for all other feedback.

My original review (below) states that I have already raised a query through help which has not been resolved. I have also emailed their Enterprise Support email address directly to no avail.

The facilities here are absolutely superb and backed up by an amazing team on-site.

Unfortunately, 1* review is for the back-office team as this seems to be the only way to get their attention. I can see from other reviews that Regus suggest raising cases via their help menu. I have tried this, and e-mailing them directly but my query seems to fall of deaf ears in both cases. Their system has been set up in a way where I am unable to book my allocation of 5 sessions per mth. For the price you pay for membership, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Apologies for the team at London Berkeley Sq. who are wonderful, but unfortunately, they are let down by an incompetent back office team at Regus HQ.

I have been a Regus client for a few years now and
I am more than happy with the level of service provided.Lee is an extraordinary centre Manager always professional and helpful.
Lee is very positive and always greet with a warm smile :) Anytime I have a question about the facility, Lee drops what he is doing and immediately helps out.
Also Katarina is an excellent receptionist she is very helpful & friendly.

Prime location and amenities and services in the building throughout. Apart from own rented office space, there's an additional business lounge and office space available. Friendly staff and the cleanliness is appreciated.
Lee in particular is AMAZING. Always there to brighten up your day! Excellent customer service and very hardworking, communicative and always helpful!!! The Regus staff is much appreciated!

For the price we pay for a prime office in this facility. Something as simple as internet and heating is something this team are unable to provide. No apologies, no attempts to rectify our issues and when they’re brought to this teams attention, nothing but arrogant and condescending responses are offered.

The change of staff has destroyed the quality of service. It’s going rapidly downhill.
