Mainyard Studios [Office Space Leyton]

Great co-working space in London. Affordable small offices for startups and creatives, well priced fixed / hot desks. Nice cafe and management too, would recommend!

I have been working here for nearly a year now and would
definitely recommend Mainyard Studios to anyone looking for office space in East London. The prices are very competitve and the location is fantastic. We also have a great cafe downstairs (residents get discount too). Remi and his team have set up a great operation here - keep up the good work!

Mainyard Studios is a delightful place, workplace with great facilities. It feels like a community and I must confess it's refreshing to see different businesses and artisans all interacting.

Came in for a viewing the other day and I was really impressed with the lady who showed me around, really professional and very helpful when it came to setting up contracts etc. I had a chance to also enquire and speak to some of the other business owners, and found that many if not all are very friendly, although there's always one that's a rotten tomato 🍅 but overall I would strongly recommend Leyton Mainyard for any creative business looking for cost effective Co working spaces 🤟🍾

I've been at Mainyard Studios since October and my experience has been amazing!

It's a great space filled with lovely people - we get free lunch every Wednesday, which is where I've met other occupants in the building from sports therapists, architects to musicians.

Shout out to Oz and Remi for always being helpful!

I've been here 7 months and I've enjoyed every second of it. Meeting knew people, seeing a variety of companies and on top of that, sharing lunch every Wednesday which allows you to meet those people and create friendships to last years!

We have been here from the start and love it. There are some great office spaces and really nice break out spaces (plus you get free coffee)! .Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend !
