BizSpace Wimbledon

After being in this building for over 4 years its sad to say that I have been forced out by the new management. I find them inflexible and I have literally had the new manager try to blackmail me into signing a new contract.

I am contracted until the 30th of June 2017 where I have free parking for 3 vehicles. I have had him in my office today demanding I sign a new contract stating I will now have to pay for parking. This completely contradicts my original contract.

I do not like being threatened that either I sign the document or I will not be able park my car. I live 40 miles away and drive into work. this now means I will have to take the train thus adding £3000 per year to my expenses and 2.5 hours onto my working day.

Disgraceful how they have dealt with me.

Take an office at you own peril!!!

Great Business Centre, that offers a wide range of products from office space, workshops to meeting room space. The Centre team are friendly reliable and professional. The site has been refurbished within the last year, improvements are still happening. The team are continuing fundraising for charity’s such as Macmillan and the British Legion.

They went above and beyond to help us in providing a unit base (with use of their extended facilities) for our filming we conducted in the area.
I really cannot recommend them high enough. No request was ever to much, and we were always met wit a warm smile.
(I only wish I had an office here!)

Busy multiple service space. Quiet area and easy access to local transport. Small food truck close by for snacks hot and cold.

They increased my rent by 50% without warning, terrible 😢 company.

Totally unresponsive. My mind boggles how these guys ever manage to bring in new tenants. I made multiple attempts to find out information about workshop units at the Wimbledon site, which the website advertises as available, but despite making approaches via online chat, by phone and several emails, about a month later I've still had no information provided and am none the wiser on rates. Good luck to anybody else who tries!
