They are really lovely, they honestly go the extra mile for their clients. ( they are the best port call when you need a stress relief from the office,)

If your looking for an office space to rent then I high suggest that you speak with either Mercedes or Pauline.

We moved to Regus Hyde Park Hayes more than 5 years ago and we have seen managers come and go. I am proud to say Pauline Phillips has been outstanding in her management of the location. Ever since she moved to the location, she has made a huge difference in service delivery. It would be unfair not to mention her hardworking team which includes Mercedes, ever smiling and always willing to help!! Highly recommended!!

Awful site! Possibly the worst run in the country. Having personally visited the site on several occasions, I've noticed the service deteriorating over times. The current Receptionist/manager/advisor is dreadful. She lacks empathy and is lacking basic customer service skills. I know several business owners who occupy the space and they've all complained about constantly being over charged, poor maintenance of facilities and generally ridiculously high turnover of staffing. All the names mentioned in other reviews have left so null and void in my opinion. Tread carefully if you're considering this centre.

Perfect for office spaces. Nice receptionist who will help you to make comfortable. They used to do cake party to enhance each other oftenly. Brilliant communication
