impossible to work here. Noise levels day to day are through the roof. Doors constantly slam all day long. Temperature in offices is unbearable even though it isn't even summer. Its seems to thrive on its facade but internally its not conducive to professional office based work. If you need to get work done - forget it no one has any regard for other people in the building.
My honest suggestion... looks good but there are better buildings out there that Im sure are managed better and are more professional.

I would NEVER recommend these offices to anyone.
you will get NO peace and no comfort. All day it will be slamming doors as people go in and out of offices (constantly slamming the doors behind them) and DO NOT take into account other people are trying to work. There is NO air conditioning as it has been out of order now for a month (it never worked properly before that).
The toilets are usually broken. Take your pick of the floors... Lights out, broken plumbing, leaking roof.
No one speaks to each other. There is very much a them and us policy between floors and sides of the building. It is one of the worst places I have worked. In a year I can say Ive hardly got to know anyone outside our office.
Ian's review hit the nail on the head and it's getting no better. Centrix is nothing but a facade hiding a TERRIBLE place to work. If I didnt need a job I would leave. I go home with a headache every night from the noise.

Excellent Reception staff but poor service from the management team. Building us constantly needing work and very slow to respond. Never reply to emails.

We have recently become tenants at this building complex and since new management, improvements are starting to be made to the facilities which had previously been left, and communication has improved dramatically. We had a very important site visit recently and used the meeting room facilities on site, and I have to say Donna and the team did a great job of hosting and made it as flawless as possible. The board room had plenty of space and light and has good quality furniture but the only thing that would improve this meeting room is maybe a screen for projecting or a projector installed and video conferencing equipment. Overall I would recommend these facilities to any new business, but the reception team are the stars!

Can't understand the negative comments. Disgruntled employees?! Been a tennant for 2 years and this is by far the best managed/serviced offices in the area. We were at Regus for several years. The corridors were narrow, parking shocking and prices much higher. Reception area is impressive for clients and general building and offices are good. OK, sometimes the doors slam but that happens in any shared building!

From the outside the building looks like modern, state-of-the-art office building, but appearances can be deceiving. If you are considering this office space I would think again. We have been a tenant for 2 years and the building continues to get worse. We've had no air conditioning or heating for 7 weeks (in the last 24 months it's worked approximately 70% of the time), toilets are regularly out of order for weeks on end. The toilets that do work are in almost darkness due to electrical issues. Often there is no toilet roll and the cleaning is not adequate. The shared kitchens are tiny and simply not fit-for-purpose. The doors slam with noise reverberating through the corridors. Although these issues are reported by many tenants, the management company choose to ignore the issues, or spend months trying to find the cheapest way to fix them. Last year it took 6 months for a hand drier to be replaced.
