Toxic, unethical, unprofessional, fraudulent organisation.
Unauthorised billing of non contracted office space is now in the realm of £2.5k. Reported to the UK fraud authorities, filed a court case and working with our bank to recover our funds.
Beware of the network of associated properties: Basepoint - Chatham, The Historic Dockyard, Basepoint - Dartford, Dartford Business Park, all work in tandum with the Northfleet Old Rectory team.

Highly unprofessional management, worst office rental experience. Do not sign a contract with this organisation!

I've been chasing a refund for nearly £3000 that was taken by mistake by Regus/Basepoint and they keep promising a refund and we're just being ignored. This mistake should not have been made and certainly should not have taken this long to rectify even if it was a mistake.
