Really nice bright space to work!

Very well situated and greatly improved.

Visited once & v impressed. Clean, professional feel, secure, cafe area, open & closed offices. 4 stars as was visitor only so don't know what it's like to actually work in building. Park at Victoria Way or Heathside

Very professional place to work.

I first joined the co-working area with a dedicated desk back when the building first opened. It was so new we didn't even have our officials desks yet and tradesmen were still in doing works which was fine i was excited to be here.

I was sold a contract that auto renews by a sales person with many perks which led me to take out a longer contract as I didn't see myself leaving. Slowly all the perks I was sold have gone and essentially now I just have a desk which i could have for free at home and all the reasons that made me sign up are gone.

I am now stuck in a lengthly contract I believe I was mis sold and their accounts team have done nothing yet to compensate me or ever acknowledge the problem or even apologised.

I would save yourself £250+ a month and work from home if you can.

On a positive note the location is great but the management is very greedy and the tenant care doesn't really exist.

I am sure they will write a lengthly, defensive (not owning anything) response trying to discredit everything here but it's the truth.

Great if upgrading not so great if downgrading!
Nobody will tell you but if you are on a long term contract and upgrade to a bigger office you cannot downgrade later until the existing contract has ended. Further, management seem to ignore any communication in relation to a downgrade request until the head office is reached.
