Spaces - London, Cannon Street

A wonderful service by Harpreet and the rest of the team. It’s a central place with loads of places around to go after work. The building has great areas and offices perfect for days in and out of the office.

I do NOT recommend this location. The ‘executive’ lounge workspace for travelling Spaces members is not suitable for working. I did however encounter the playing of cards with mates, talk of footie for an hour over food. There were interviews without headphones and discussion of women and dating wins etc. over coffee. It’s a social space and not a professional atmosphere.

From the date we moved in the new business centre team members Harpreet, Claudio, Samdani and Silkie have made my team feel so welcomed!
They helped us with everything from setting up the office to recommending local restaurants we felt right at home.
Always attentive and helpful with booking meeting rooms and additional day offices.
We don’t know what to do without them, they are a great asset to Regus.

Been working on this site for a few weeks now and find the office space generally comfortable and pleasant, the Spaces onsite team are helpful, friendly and accommodating. A Great City location, just a couple of mins walk from stations, and the team have bent over backwards to find me storage space for my bike so thanks to them. The wifi is solid, there's scope for HSPN if you need a secure line, the offices have good natural light and the furniture available is comfortable. As an office space, it works well. Some details in the Spaces generic model/policy could be improved, to better support the needs of staff beyond the actual office space, especially for those who are coming into work most days: kitchens are very tiny and minimal with no toasters or microwaves. The ladies toilets areas are very cramped with no bins, no space to put a make up bag or hang a coat for a couple of minutes to get ready for a meeting. Showers are provided in a deep basement, but extremely tiny and cramped with nowhere to hang towels or wet clothes, no hairdryer available and no space to dress. You have the impression these are just there to tick off the list, rather than provide comfortable facilities. Overall a pleasant enough work space, but facilities could be much more worker-friendly, especially for women. Four stars as the onsite team are great, otherwise it would have been three.

Staff are amazing and super friendly and helpful. The actual office and wifi is also good.

The only negative is the facilities. There is no microwave (annoying in winter), no toaster, no fresh air (the window in the office cannot open, no even slightly), the building is too hot.
