Office and communal areas always clean and presentable.

Be aware before signing up that they are quick to collect your deposit and rent. Very difficult to get your deposit back after you leave. Also, they have collected an additional month's rent but refuse to return it. Have been trying for over 5 months to get refund for both deposit and rent, still no joy.

Great location near Bank and cannon Street station. But rooms do get stuffy as Windows do not open in the offices.

Nice building blends in well from the outside, and modern inside, very safe and cautious environment to visit
