Office Space in Town

Can't say enough good about all the staff at OSiT Monument; Amelia, Rif, Gina, Laura, Fifi and Amy are a fantastic team who really put the client at the centre of all they do. Already feeling incredibly settled and comfortable in our new home thanks to all their hard work!

My company offices are based in the OSiT building here and I use their conferencing rooms for the first time last week and I have to say that the service and customer care was exceptional; every demand was answered swiftly and our (many) problems connecting to the screen (100% user error I might add) were resolved ASAP. Big shout out to Sophie Rogers who organized the whole thing and was very conscious of the varying demands of the day!

Having used the OSIT monument offices for several meetings now in a variety of different rooms, I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the rooms and facilities. The rooftop cafe/bar has an amazing view, and all of the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Sophie in particular is very proactive in offering help and taking care of any requests quickly and efficiently.

Sophie & the team at Monument are the most helpful and polite individuals, a pleasure to deal with! Sophie helped me with a very last minute request room booking to which I was very grateful she could accommodate. Highly recommend OSiT Monument, great rooms with all amenities you could ever need with friendly staff to help at any point.

Always get a very high level of service from the OSiT team in Monument. Special mention to Beau and Savannah on reception who are always there to help and assist and do a fantastic job. Also Fifi and Rif in the Management team for all their support. Can't recommend OSiT Monument highly enough.

OSiT's Monument centre is beloved by Cognia. As an international team working flexibly across the UK, Europe and South Africa, we needed a space that matches the service we provide to clients: professional, scalable (up or down) and reliable. OSiT ticks all of those boxes and more. The Monument site in particular must be commended on its management of and response to clients throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been such a pleasure to return to the office regularly and make use of the beautiful conference facilities. We also recently hosted a festive drinks event with our Flex community and Marketing partners on the Deck rooftop café and bar, where the service from Gigi and team was top-notch. It is clear that the team here are excellent at what they do, from Beau and Savannah on reception to Sophie and Laura in events as well as Rif and Amelia in management. Our clients and staff never fail to comment on the stunning rooftop views and quirky, nautical-themed décor. Not many places manage to successfully combine professionalism and personality, but OSiT has it down to a tee. Keep it up!

Reception ladies are superb, very knowledgeable, helpful & polite. The building is immaculate, bright and spacious. There are a variety of different sized meeting rooms which can be booked for as little as one hour. All nautically themed which is something to be seen. Tea and coffee easily available for any meeting. Sandwich lunches also available and reasonably priced. "The Deck" is a great addition, bar and food, and also an outside area overlooking London. Great for warm summer evenings.
