What a great place to have an office, we originally near to Watford junction and got moved here due to our building closing. This is the best thing that happened - we now have access to a clean and modern office space, along with a state of the art gym and trendy coffee shop.

Couldn’t ask for more from a. Modern work space.

Had a physio appointment booked via my medical health to see Ascenti at this location. The physio who I met for the first time locked the door to the treatment room and asked me to undress. I felt very uncomfortable and refused, asking why the door was locked and I wanted to leave. Was an awful experience which I have reported. Please be careful.

Poor service and unresponsive. When something goes wrong they hide away from the problem. Also Regus generally - impossible to get hold of any meaningful management to resolve issues

I can’t be more disappointed with a company like I am with Regus.
A few months ago, I went in to view the facilities to potentially rent an office. After seeing the office, had to talk to my business partner so we could come in to agreement about renting the office, as it was a quite small space for what we needed we decided to not move forward with it.
I emailed the agent I spoke to about the office, stating we could not move forward. After a few days I got an invoice, for a 6 months contract. Emailed the same agent saying that is not something we want to move forward with, the agent confirmed he would speak to his manager and would sort it.
I assumed everything was sorted, now a few months later I received a huge bill to pay. I’m trying to contact regus to understand how can they be charging me for a service I never used, and don’t have any sort of answer from them.

Unprofessional and extreme unreliable. Although the facility is actually nice but administration is appalling. I need to be contacted about this, and this needs to be sorted as soon as possible.

Modern clean and easily accessible office. I booked via Spaces app. Regus parking spaces and all covid regs in place. Really helpful staff and modern facilities.
