Spaces - Guildford, Station View

Beautiful swanky business enviroment.
Felt like a comfy living room with a great cafe on site.totally recommend the meeting rooms too,they looked fresh!

Well put together shared office facility, car park charges a bit steep though

Very expensive (this is important) but it is a great office environment to share within.

Arranged office space to cover remote working whilst moving houses, ended up not needing the space so paid costs incurred to cancel.

Upon cancelling the lady said we should be able to cancel the "cleaning charge" but later told no. £160+ "cleaning" charge for an office space never used, never even set foot in the building and they set the expectation it would be taken off. Had to phone multiple times for different things , the app is terrible, general overall experience wasn't great so wouldn't recommend or use again.

Rented an office for a month but in the end was unable to take up the space due to a change in circumstances.

Spaces/Regis require a 30 day notice period before cancellation, so I was unable to get a refund on the month. To their credit, this was explained at the outset so I can't be too annoyed by this.

However, what I am angry about is that they charged ~£168 for "Office Restoration" services... :-/

What could they possibly be restoring - the space was never occupied the entire time! This is a hidden fee - they are not upfront with it - and they REFUSE to waive it.

I am a remote worker so I am very likely to need to rent another shared office space in the future - but it sure as hell won't be off these guys.

Edit: following up on the response to this, I raised a case with the help desk, as they asked, and they again refused to waive the fee. Useless.

Great offices & facilities. A little pricey.
