Regus - Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn Falcon Gate

We have now been in this office for 5 months, and have had nothing but brilliant service. the Staff are really friendly and helpful and drop everything if needed. the facilities as a whole are good, Kitchen upstairs and down with good Coffee making facilities (which is always needed), my only fault is the Dishwasher doesn't seem to be the best at cleaning but this is a small thing compared to how good the rest of the facilities are. there is also a shower if you wish to do some training on your lunch break which i feel is a good bonus. overall i would recommend, its in a good location and only a short 15 minute walk to Welwyn town center. great working environment.

The customer service we have received at this site has been fantastic, I would highly recommend using these offices located at Welwyn Garden City. The staff are helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The location is very nice and close to the town, motorway and train station.

Since we have been at the building we have been very well looked after. The staff are a credit to Regus and that is the reason for the 5 Star. Any questions have been answered and always with a smile. Would highly recommend any business looking for a new location.

Regus are a terrible company. They really don't care about customers. Take your business anwywhere else. Please be aware that there are multiple extra charges on top of your agreed fee. Activation charge, kitchen charge, parking charge, deactivation charge! I stayed for 1 month and the fees were almost rhe same amount as the rent. Plus internet was broken for 1 wk out of the 4, my deposit was paid about 30days late, plus the office was stuffy and horrible.

London Building Control carried out the building regulations procedures on my ground floor extension project. I was very pleased with all the help they gave during the course of this project and would recommend them.
