Regus - Oxford, Oxford Science

I love Regus I mainly sue the drop in service as a gold card user. The Oxford site is more of an after thought than a decision regarding the open area. But the staff were great.

Nice location with a number of offices around. It’s a walking distance to the Oxford Football Club stadium do working in any of the offices here comes with the perks of being able to go watch a game on match days. It’s a bit of an outskirt location though and getting cabs is not so easy. It’s better to drive here. Though a bus stop is situated here. so at least that helps.

Lovely office space, the two ladies at the desk were very welcoming, accommodating, specially Em she was very bubbly and incredibly polite I couldn't recommend more.

A wonderful centre- great staff and service

We have had an office at John Eccles house for over 5 years now. We cannot fault the service received by the centre team here. Emily and Emily are a true asset to Regus and are the main reason we chose to stay with Regus and this particular centre. You will not find a more friendly and attentive team within the IWG network. They go above and beyond what would be expected of them, our clients are always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble.

If you want serviced office and meeting/conference facilities with staff who go the extra mile, this is the place to be. The team at John Eccles House set the standard for customer service and professionalism; they are always friendly, helpful and never fail to rise to a challenge. Highly recommended!

We have had an office at Regus centre Oxford for over 4 years now. The team at Regus always go above and beyond to support our day- to-day running of the business, would highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Regus have TERRIBLE to non-existent customer service. They still owe me money, despite my multiple emails chasing it. They are unhelpful, rarely resolve issues and only when chased for months, and solely focussed on their turnover.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
