Mamhilad Park Estate

We've just moved our caravan to this location and what a difference from our last facility !!!! Easy access from our home (albeit a bit further), spacious, level tarmac positions with ample room to manoeuvre etc. Heavy duty security gated access with CCTV for peace of mind. Totally agree with previous reviews in all respects. (A washing facility would be the icing on the cake !).
So pleased we've made the move.

THIS SITE FLOODED TWICE BETWEEN OCTOBER AND FEBRUARY. OVER £9000 WORTH OF DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO MY CARAVAN.
I found my caravan full of water in October. The drains had clearly not been cleaned, the site was not checked regularly, as I had to inform the site that caravans were submerged. The estate security informed me that no-one is responsible for checking the caravan storage they only look after the estate, they also informed me that the drains were blocked with leaves and debris but I could not take a photo of that as the water was too high.
The customer service was appalling and it took 4 days to even get an apology and that was after I asked for one. When talking to staff their attitude was very dismissive and I heard the sentence “it is what it is” all too often! They have not paid for any damage to my caravan claiming it was an act of God. It was funny that the drains had all been cleaned when the loss adjudicator had come out.
The impression I get from this company is they like to take your money but are not interested after you handed the cash over! You only have to see all the buckets catching water in the CrossFit gym from the leaking roof to see that maintenance is not their primary concern!

I ordered The Lavander Candle, we were not disappointed, Arrived within days,the excitment waiting for the foil to appear, we were checking all the time, we were not disappointed, we got it out and inside were a beautiful pair of earrings, we have bought another 2 since and the new one we have pre - ordered. I had another pair of earrings and my daughter has had a ring. Well worth the money 💰 . Many thanks.

Was looking for some serviced office space in South Wales on a short term and Mamhilad offered some great facilities. Really friendly staff and very well maintained with room to expand (so you can start with a small office if you want to) and flexible enough to upgrade easily if required. Would certainly use again.

Mamhilad offer a very good range of serviced offices to rent, with secure and well maintained facilities. A great choice if you are looking for something in South Wales that has a conference room facility, an office space to let or even just an office for a day (they are very flexible). Set in lovely tree lined gardens with great parking.
