I am a Tempur customer and this review / complain is not about the quality of the products but about the customer service and dignity of the brand. I am totally disappointed about Tempur customer service and way of dealing with their customer, plus very displeased about Tempur honesty and their marketing campaigns. Didn't expect so bad experience from a brand which is well know around the world, hope that only UK branch offer this unpleasant experience to their customer.

I bought a new bed and tempur mattress cost me a lot of money and went for the deal cause I work a lot away from home so needed a quality pillow due to my back issues and from dreams who told me to go for this great offer and was given tempur travel pillow voucher to claim on theirs website before the 31st of July 2018. I went to the website and it would not load so I went back to dreams 30th of July to inform them of the issue they have given me an email address and told me to email them (tempur customer service email) once I received my goods and to let them know that website didn’t work.

I have had several response back from tempur and telling me sorry but promo is over. I was gutted after I spent a £1000 on a deal when I could of gone for something else significantally cheaper. I am here to tell you temper has poor poor customer service and do not even honor deals with their partners and as a consumer be careful in buying their products I will return everything now and it’s such a complete waste of my time.

Disappointed 100 day trial, bought mattress and whole sleeping system for £2800. Unfortunately mattress was too hard. I rang if I could get a softer mattress to try and told could only buy and not try.
Unfortunately I had to sent the mattress back. Followed their protocol to their letter and no one contacted me. From that point onwards I had to do the chasing via email for them to pick up the mattress.
To this point I’m still waiting for a refund in order to purchase a mattress for my bed.
Very poor service it appears that Tempur will go any lengths not refund the consumer. I would recommend of the other 3 top foam mattress companies who much more efficient and ethical.
During these troubled times when money is tight for lots of people and it’s unforgivable that Tempur feel they can mess around with consumer refund.

If you want the best go to Tempur. Other manufacturers have tried to copy them. Just remember a mattress is such a important purchase. Take your time as it is very individual to everyone.

No time wasting experts on duty, Friendly & approachable staffs and the environment is well looked after.

Very expensive, but commendable quality. The staff inside is friendly and helpful.

I've had a Tempur Cloud for about 3 years (we're still paying it) and it was the biggest mistake we've ever made. I woke up every morning feeling like my back has been broken at the base and was not even able to touch my toes. Putting socks on became quite a task. I am 54 years old, and had never these issues before I got this mattress. I did some research and found loads of people feel the same way with Tempu... I bought a firm topper and surprise surprise, I wake up with no pain and feeling energetic!

I feel so upset that I believed this to be a good choice, and at such a hefty price too as I have a king sized bed... Never again.
