Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Kettering

Great service, plenty of choice. We went back to pick up the glasses yesterday. The service was above and beyond. Massive shout out to David and Connor. Their customers service was excellent, their knowledge is great and we all had good laugh to top it up. Brilliant, thank you!

Took my daughter for an eye test. All of the staff were friendly and professional at all times. They took the time to do thorough and additional checks. I couldn't recommend highly enough

Took my daughter to collect her brand new glasses and the young man whole dealt with us was so patient with my daughter. She had picked out Liverpool FC ones and he even had a little joke and a laugh with her. He also asked her if she played football and what position did she play in.

My glass' fit very nice but the area of vision is too narrow and to high, I have to wear the glass' half way down my nose to see clearly. I will not use Specsavers again.

the customer service is clearly going downhill in the Kettering branch. From the minute you walk in the door they are trying to glean an extra £10 from you to take a scan of your eyes. Being diabetic I get my scans done for free at the local hospital (and I get the images emailed to me!) Also after having used them for 17 years they now (this year) specsavers refuse to give customers a copy of their prescription (despite already having paid £218 for 2 pairs) they are afraid customers will order elsewhere obviously and despite the Kettering branch having more staff than customers (I would guess 4 staff for every 3 customers when they are busy) they refuse customers access to their toilets. very poor customer service IMHO.

Outstanding service starting with my eye test through to choosing new varifocal glasses. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, nothing was to much trouble, having never worn glasses before varifocals were explained in depth to me which filled me with confidence. So glad I chose Specsavers Kettering.

Always polite and friendly. Always fit you in to choose your glasses or to fix your glasses. If you pop in without an appointment they Always try to help. Unlike the Corby shop, they never seem very helpful.
