Very caring and helpful. Great care was taken to explain all the eye functions and what remedies could help any faults.

Staff always friendly and helpful, always make sure you are looked after and leave happy. Can't fault them 👌

Already use optometrists here but had need of earwax removal. Extremely thorough with excellent results. Audiologist was pleasant and good at his job, explaining every step. Will be back regularly.

Normally use Martin Berry but it has now been taken over by Bayfields, my daughter lost her glasses so ordered a replacement pair told they would take 2 weeks at most, it has now be a MONTH and we a still waiting. The service has been terrible and I would not recommend.

Just had my routine eye test and what a great experience it was. The staff were welcoming and very professional, the facility looked good and the eye test conducted with the latest equipment and technology. Very happy to recommend Bayfields at Clitheroe.

The most comprehensive eye examination I have ever had. It showed a problem and they have referred me to an eye specialist at the hospital. Excellent service with very friendly staff.
