Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Sutton

Service levels have gone down hill, still using Covid as an excuse for poor service. I'm still waiting for contact lens solutions for over 2 months, despite having paid for them on Direct Debit. Staff on the desk seem poorly trained..i've been in 3 times and told my solutions will be ordered...still waiting, obviously the request gets forgotten as soon as you turn your back. Manager's should step up & address all the recent poor comments and not just take the cash!

This is the worst eye test l have ever gone to.
l went to the hospital and they sent me to specsaver to get some glass the clinical said nothing wrong but still recommended me to get glassess l had jamal which was coming a bit to close and that is reported.

The lady called Lobma downstairs was very rude and aggressive.
Will not recommended to anyone.

So glad I got new glasses, I am now seeing so much better. I got 2 pairs,one for indoors and one for outside that change in the sun. Very pleased with my order.

I took the eye check and OCT scan. The optician is friendly and he could explain the findings clearly. They are very helpful to suggest the glass frame and lens selection.

Wonderful and amazing optician, but poor customer services by those issuing glass and payment , obvious discrimination and disrespect to customers , non-challant attitude to customer/patient concern.

I have always found my branch very friendly and helpful. This time I asked for my new glasses to be expedited as I was going away for Christmas. This was done and my old glasses were repaired on the spot.

Same as last year still badly run, huge waiting times, miserable stuff with little to non communication. I do feel this was partly due to the colour of my skin. Not recommended at all.

Very welcoming every time I've entered. Got two pairs of glasses from here and been there twice to fix the broken ones. They don't charge for the small repairs. Will always go back to Specsavers.
