23/7/19 Niamh was efficient, quick, clear, friendly and gave useful advice with my eyes test yesterday. She explained what each part of the test was for. A big thank you to her.

I found her very polite and professional. I would recommend her.

I bought glasses a week ago for 220£, it was quite expensive I thought it would be good quality atleast, instead I got glasses that isn't even good quality I can't see with these glasses, instead I could've used it for food and fed myself instead wasting it on useless quality, it's not fair, I expected more from boots.

I have nothing but high praise for The Boots Henley Opticians, I was having problems with a new pair of glasses purchased from Boots Reading and they kindly sorted the problem out for me. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend the service they offer. Thank you so much

The optician carrying out the eye test was great. Went in today to buy glasses - 3 members of staff, no other customers, stood around for about 10 minutes with a pair of glasses I'd chosen in my hand by the till and no service whatsoever. As I walked out explaining why a member of staff just laughed. Dreadful - not recommended at all.

The staff were very Covid conscious. They are always very kind and thoughtful. When it comes to choosing glasses all the staff have expertise in suggesting the most suitable frames. I have been going there for about 5 years and the care hasn't changed. I won't be going anywhere else.
