Very polite, helpful staff. Dealt with 2 emergencies I had with no hassle. Both problems sorted straight away!
Optician is very thorough and explains everything to you. Also received a follow up call to see how things were! That type of service is priceless and very gratefully received!
Layout is great and spotlessly clean. Treatment rooms on ground and first floor.
Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Very grateful to be taken so quickly with eye complaint very thorough however because of comment.when he questioned whether or not it was Dr Purdie I saw at eye clinic then went on to say well it is not bleeding it is a fluid leaking from back of eye them smirked and said it could be that ut is the brain's way of compensating when I see black squiggly line's !! I was angry although when I thought about it it is possible so replied so when I get lot's more do I ignore them fortunately he said no.
