We don't usually go to Specsavers, but my son's glasses needed an urgent repair - Laurence did a fantastic job with a tricky repair (for no charge) - thank you so much for such great service. The lady who booked our appointment was really helpful too in finding a convenient time for us.

Great customer service! I was working in Cupar over 300 miles away from home and broke my only set glasses. Walked in Specsavers and very helpful staff swapped my lenses out into identical frame within 10 minutes! Lifesaver!
