Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Colwyn Bay

Shocking experience. I've been going here for a few years now, but after todays experience never again. Too many customers and too few staff to look after them. I had an appointment but saw there were 3 other people in front of me. The lady at the desk having to answer an enquiry which seemed to take forever and here boyfriend trying on glasses at the same time.
I will be taking my custom to a local optician as I should have done in the first place.

Visited today to change an appointment ,Karen who delt with me .,was helpfull,fun and very kind.She deserves a bonus for her customer care service👍Had eye test yesterday ,Quick and very efficient.Well done to everyone Wwho delt with me 😊keep up the good work guys.

During the Covid pandemic I was trapped in Malta (lucky me) so I was very much overdue for a check-up, but I wished to visit the branch that I am used to rather than a local optician. I was able to arrange an appointment for the day after my arrival in the UK and my glasses were ready for collection in seven days. It would be unfair to single out any member of staff for particular praise; everyone did their job to perfection. There is a large British expat community in Malta so may I suggest that a branch of Specsavers would be welcomed and would probably thrive.

So far so good - had eye test not waiting for fitting of new prescription. Will update report following that.

The staff and service is always good. From the moment you walk in someone greets you and makes you feel welcome.
