Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Merthyr Tydfil

I was really impressed by my experience. I called as I was having an issue with my eye and spoke to a lady over the phone who asked me a series of questions as a form of triage. Within half an hour I had been called and an appointment booked within the hour. The optician I saw was very thorough and prescribed some drops, and sent my notes over to my local branch ready for a follow up appointment. Fantastic service.

I have been using Specsavers Merthyr Tydfil for many years for both my sight and hearing needs. From my most recent visit the process was first class from the eye test to collecting my new glasses. I find the opportunity to use the website to book my appointment and then narrow down the choice of an extensive selection of glasses online really convenient. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Fantastic customer straight in all in all takes a hour to have a check picked my glasses and waited a week for me my specks well pleased with my specs and the service

I lost/stolen my previous pair of glasses went to Specsavers for replacement as I knew I had a validated voucher and was told I had to pay £49 for a replacement pair of glasses they couldn't find my voucher on their system I went home found the in valid voucher took it down to specsavers and got my replacement pair of glasses for free I was very upset at my treatment in my first visit as iam 60 years of age and on low money benefits health conditions and would have been left with No glasses for daily use to aid me with my health
