Very professional and friendly, the optician and clerk were exceptional and made sure my visit was comfortable. I wasn't kept waiting long, and everything was explained clearly and concisely so I truly understood what the tests were for. I would highly recommend this optician.

I can not believe I have found this gem of an optician; I was recommended to go by my chemist in cross hands another Gem, the optician was exceptional and made me feel welcome, very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly, I felt very well looked after, amazing service, I have already recommended to friends and family.
