The Rug Shop cleaned a very large Axminster rug for us and we were very pleased. On returning it they commented on a smaller rug and explained it could be cleaned and repaired, including binding the edges and repairing the ends. This they have done and the rug looks fantastic. We are very happy with the work done. They were very helpful and efficient. Thoroughly recommend them.

I called in to view a rug that I'd seen on the website. Jack was extremely helpful and laid it out on the showroom floor and then suggested it was brought up to the house to see how it would fit. I couldn't have wished for a more helpful service, it was perfect and once they underlay was put in place, the rug looked even better.

We ended up getting a lovely rug and the sales guy jack could not be more helpful,also the shop keeps a huge stock so you should find something you like.

They were very responsive and their knowledge was extremely helpful in terms of assessing the types of rugs we had inherited and in giving us advice as to how to look after them properly. Cleaning and repairs were great and the free delivery was timely and welcomed. Our rugs have a new lease of life. Definitely recommend.

The Rug Shop responded very promptly (the same day) to my quote request, and were very reasonable. My rugs were cleaned beautifully, they didn’t complain about how doggy they smelled 😂😱. They cleaned the rugs beautifully, no doggy smell at all now! And in half the time they quoted. And they carried the rugs to my car for me. And they had face masks and hand sanitizer with careful virus precautions. Highly recommended

This was my first experience with The Rug Shop. I had 2 very dirty rugs which needed cleaning. The team picked up the rugs and 2 weeks later returned them. The colours were very bright and they looked so different. We are very pleased with the cleaning service provided. I'd definitely use them again.
