It was a fantastic experience straightening my teeth here. Has a lovely orthodontists, therapists and exeperienced nurses who always gives warm welcoming and treats patients in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had an extraordinary experience. Specialist orthodontist explain me very clear the problem. All my worries about my teeth has been resolved. They gave me many options of treatment and payment as well. I am very happy that I decided to start my treatment here!

Bad customer service

Really helpful and experienced staff.

Very unprofessional.
We were referred more than a year ago, I emailed them on the 22 Oct 2021 to make sure we are on the waiting list, they confirmed indicating that waiting may well be up to a year, and never heard back from them.
Over the last month, I called several times and was always put through the answering machine, I left a message with my number, no one called back and I emailed them, but no one replied.
I managed to get through to a receptionist today, who gave me wrong information, was unable to use the software and book an appointment and implied that the one densist covering the clinic and could help her book the appointment was not available and she didn't know when they would be!
Overal, the 2 people that I eventually managed to talk to (a receptionist and later on a "manager" that called me to complain about my behaviour to the receptionist...), were rude, unprofessional and indifferent, creating impressions and giving childish excuses.
After a whole year waiting, I went back to my dentist that understood the situation and immediatelly referred me to another practice.
