Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they actually fitted me in and got me seen to. Firstly they messed up my appointment and gave me the wrong date. Made me feel like I had got the wrong date when it wasn’t at my fault, secondly left with bleeding gums, which was meant to be my fault because pregnancy makes your gums swell. Apparently! Well Before I left my gums were fine and had recently visited my dentist before hand and there was no mention of swelling gums.

Appointments were frequently cancelled last minute and the next appointment would be weeks later. Did not inform me that I would need to wear retainers after braces until the very end. And they made the angle of my top teeth lean too far forwards.

Our experience with My Orthodontist has been fantastic and we would recommend everyone who needs to go, to go here! The staff are great at listening to the needs of individuals and very supportive in ensuring that every appointment is a success! Extremely efficient and accommodating. Keep up the great work!!!!

All the ladies at Orthoworld have been absolutely amazing. They make me feel so welcome from the moment I walk through the door, and nothing is too much trouble. The care and attention they give is second to none and it is a pleasure to see them all when I have an appointment. I highly recommend Orthoworld to anyone who is thinking of having dental treatment.

Went here many moons ago when I was a wee teenager. Teeth have held position remarkably well over more than a decade. However I did spot that one was on the move and my retainer met it’s end a long time ago.

As such I’ve recently been back for a new one and the service has been second to none.

The receptionist Sarah is so lovely and very knowledgeable. I was preparing for a bit of a hit in the pocket but I was very pleasantly surprised to be told that a replacement retainer was only £100 (per jaw), including the two appointments, scan, mould etc. That’s really good value in my opinion knowing what my actual dentist charges for other treatments.

The orthodontists are all lovely. They retained my records (and we had a good laugh at my old pictures). Super efficient. In and out at both appointments and all done and dusted in just over a week. Top quality retainer too.
