Grove House Orthodontics

I have three daughters who are all going through different stages of having braces at Grove House Orthodontics. The first of my three daughters started approximately 3 years ago and has had hers out, second daughter due to having hers out and my last daughter only just having had it fitted. I have to say that over the last 3 years and now the service I receive here is excellent and still is. Considering they are a busy practice and cover a large area, they should be commended for their service. The Orthodontists themselves are lovely and explain things really clearly. The reception girls are always pleasant to me and always ready to try and accommodate the appointments for all three of my girls in a sensible manner. I would like to particularly name Heather, as she goes out of her way to make appointments together for my girls as far as she can. Often changing other appointments to get mine together to limit the amount of times I need to come to Grove House, which is extremely good for me as I work full time and my availability is limited. She is a very helpful and very smiley lady and a pleasure to speak with.

In the three years our daughter has been receiving treatment at Grove House it has been of the highest quality. On several occasions the reception staff have been incredibly helpful when, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to contact them. Well done and thank you for your continued support.

My daughter has just completed her treatment after 4 years of care. All members of staff have been very polite and professional. My daughter suffers with anxiety and she was always put and ease by the kindness and care she received. Would recommend this practice. Thank you .

This Orthodontist is amazing . I have been treated by Phillipa and her lovely orthodontist therapist , Kayleigh . I have had the best care possible throughout the time my braces were on, nothing has ever been too much trouble .
The end result way exceeded my expectations and I now have the smile I always dreamed of.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, so if you are looking for an orthodontist these are definitely the ones to use .

A children’s service is judged by front serving staff and this is such an unwelcoming experience with curt, and pretty unfriendly, non smiling staff. The orthodontists are great but have left long wires causing pain and appointments are hard to get. Dislike visiting!

I've been taking my daughter here for years. She just had her braces off today, and they have honestly done such an amazing job! I found the staff to be friendly, wait times aren't too long, and always found it easy to get her in for an emergency appointment if anything went wrong with her braces. All around very pleased

Good service and kind staff, the place is well organised, however the timings for your appointment are a bit odd and sometimes unpractical, but apart from that it’s a good place, recommend 99% I’ve had my braces for 7 years now and taking them off today, they have been really kind to me and the staff are really nice too, you can have a good chat with them if you wanna.
