Great Customer experience. Very professional helpful staff contributed to smooth sign-up. checkup process. It was a hassle free experience. All the details about checkup, x-ray etc were shared. Smooth booking setup. Clean environment, friendly staff . Highly impressed.

Very helpful and professional. I have an autistic child who has extreme mouth sensitivity and an aversion to all toothpastes. Some how the team at Guildford Orthodontics has made them feel comfortable and safe and they will attend appointments without going into overwhelm. I'm very appreciative of their caring service.

Reading these great reviews perhaps my experience was a rare one. But sadly I didn't find the experience great at all. Firstly the parking is really awkward and so tight. The receptionists were fine and waiting rooms all clean. We were asked to go upstairs and waited with my daughter for 25mins. She is only 12 and this was her appointment to see if she needed Braces. The dentist turned up late and xrays were done. The dentist only gave us 5 minutes rushing through everything and this scared my daughter. She basically was abrupt and said, well you'll need 4 teeth taken out, so do you want that or not..I had to prompt her for more information, like which teeth and why and more facts about the procedure. It's like she assumed i knew everyhing and didn't have to explain further. In the meantime she was busy looking at her watch..I just felt her very rushed, unprofessional and certainly not attentive. This experience left my daughter not wanting to go there again or having Braces. We have since gone to another orthodontist and the experience has been wonderful. Caring and attentive just as it should be for a young child who is worried. Just felt bad that they were late for us and then rushed us through everything ,she didn't like that I was asking questions. This particular dentist was very very disappointing.i wont be going there again.

Amal is thorough and works towards an exceptional result, not willing to accept good as the final outcome. Simone was the icing on the cake for Daisy engaging with her before during and at the end of each treatment. Enabling Daisy to feel safe, secure and comfortable throughout.
