What is the point of appointment times?
When other patients turn up late and get sent through, daughter been sat waiting almost 30 minutes PAST her appointment time..Joke

Really happy with the teams work my daughter tooth was facing sideways
Consultation was straight forward she was only 7 and brace was fitted few days later
Any problems they have fitted us in to change things
Highly recommend 👌

A big thank you to Nadine and Chloe for excellent support and care. My son’s braces have been removed this week and his teeth are picture perfect. We are very happy with the outcome and the ongoing support offered by the team. Thank you again for all your help and expert advice.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to my daughter's Orthodontic Therapist Nadine, Nurse Julie & Receptionist Sophie - these lovely ladies could not be more helpful or supportive over my daughters treatment - no query or question is a bother to them especially with covid being in the middle of treatment - appointments are always on time & they are always approachable & extremely friendly - I cannot speak highly enough of them - thankyou girls 😊

Had my braces done here recently and was welcomed by Nadine and Sophie who were absolutely lovely. They talked me through the whole process and educated me well on how to take care of my braces once fitted. Would definitely recommend.

My son has just had his brace fitted with this practice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son found the experience calm and relaxing. Gave lots of helpful advice. Would recommend

Absolutely disgusting customer service, not only are the staff rude on the phone but also in person. I do not recommend at all, if I could give 0 stars I would. They simply do not care for their customers at all. I would rather break my back paying private through this cost of living crisis than deal with the rude behaviour dealt with throughout my experience here. I suggest you train your staff on customer service and basic manners, instead of belittling customers due to your lack of organisation, poor service etc. I never give reviews but my experience here has been so aweful that I feel it is only right to warn others, run at any chance you get. I have shown nothing but patience by dismissing and blaming rude comments from staff on bad or busy days, however, it is no longer tolerable. However, some staff are lovely and it's a shame I won't be seeing them again.
Highly dissapointed!!!
