Returned here recently after many years residing in Ramat Beit Shemesh, few old mispallalim that I remember but mostly new faces. The rabbi dispatched several fantastic speeches over shabbos , he really is a gem and a phenomenal talmud chochom. I was warmly welcomed and offered a tallis upon my arrival and sat towards the back, the interior is just how it was back in the day with Rabbi Pearlman shlita at the helm . I was encouraged to see some young new members although at times their talking and disturbances were disturbing. The Kiddush was great. all in all brought back fond memories.

Machzike Hadath Synagogue is a lekker place to come and pray , draw from the endless pearls of wisdom from Rabbi Ilan and the intrepid Mordechai Chalk whilst at the same time catching up with some old friends from Forbesdale SA, I am really liking the new toilets although I haven't had the zechut to sit down yet (but i imagine they feel as good as they look!) if you are ever in the area be it at anytime of day and night , pop in , grab a Chovot Halevavot and sip on some great herbal tea prepared with such devotion by perhapse the greatest human being and musical genius , Yisroel Benjamin , Special mentions of course for Tzvi Karp and The Shloss bros ...over and out

Absolutely fantastic kehilla, great davening, amazing shul. Possibly one of the friendliest communities I've been to.
