My problem was identified quickly and after a just a few sessions I was provided with the exercises I needed to get me back to full strength, without the need for more physio. Very much recommended

I came to Samar with severe pain in my shoulder and neck. She was able to identify the source of the problem quickly and the massage was spot-on, as were the follow-up exercises. After several sessions my range of movement was much better and Samar suggested a maintenance massage every 6 weeks to keep everything working properly.
I found Samar to be a very efficient osteopath and also really pleasant in her manner. If I have problems in the future, I will certainly seek her help.

I have been struggling with chronic pain in my neck and shoulder for the last year or so. I have seen osteopaths in the past and undergone steroid injections. I was just about to have the nerves desensitised which is an invasive procedure hen I stumbled across Samar. She is an angel in disguise. After just a handful of sessions I am practically pain free and more mobile than I have been in a very long time. I cannot recommend this young osteopath enough. She is amazing.

From beginning to end, she took me through a very professional examination and treatment and told me everything that was going on with my body and what was causing my pain to how she was going to treat the condition.

This kind of treatment is nothing to fear and if you’re honest, upfront and tell them everything - the quicker your condition will be solved.
