Angus Gould Osteopathy

I went to Angus with a shoulder impingement and he was brilliant! Quickly identified the exact issue and was able to provide some relief instantly. After a couple of sessions and specific exercises sent to me via an app, I now have full range of movement again.
Angus is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my go to Osteopath for all future aches & pains.

I struggled for years with severe headaches, temple pains, pain behind the eyes etc which were checked by doctors for red flags and finally diagnosed as tension headaches in the neck, shoulder and back, most likely caused by hours in front of a computer as part of my job. I researched relief for this and tried numerous methods with little success then decided to try osteopathy. Researching for a local practitioner I came across Angus and had an initial consultation and several sessions. Within a few weeks the improvement in my condition was amazing. I have now moved to maintenance sessions, every 4-6 weeks, which keep my previous issues perfectly in check. Angus is knowledgeable and amiable; working out muscle tension can be sometimes be difficult but the outcome is amazing. I highly recommend Angus.

Angus came highly recommended and I was not disappointed! After taking a detailed history (of lower back pain), he investigated the presenting issue (an acute strain caused by gardening). Angus quickly identified and treated the affected area using a combination of manipulation, deep tissue massage and medical acupuncture. The relief was immediate but Angus also gave me some 'very easy to follow' exercises to do between sessions. Several weeks on, and I'm now completely pain free! Unlike other osteopaths I had seen previously, Angus won't tell you to keep coming back for unnecessary appointments! Many thanks - highly recommended! :)

I looked on line & saw many Osteopaths in & around Tunbridge Wells, but Angus Gould had a very good web site with many great reviews. I was able to book online an appointment. He offers various treatment packages & also a 15min consultation free of charge. This I think is a great idea as I was able to meet Angus & quickly realised I was in safe hands. He discussed a treatment plan going forward & went out of his way to look after me. He is passionate about his job & the well being of his patients. A top chap

Angus is amazing! After six years of chronic sciatic nerve related pain in my lower back and left leg, I am already feeling much better after only three appointments. Angus is highly trained and skilled in both osteopathy and acupuncture and is kind, professional and a great listener.

I have had knee pain with lack of stability for a long time. After meeting Angus he explained clearly what the issue was and I set about doing the exercises he suggested.
