Heidi is my favourite massage therapist in town! Very professional, but still a great chat if you feel like it!
She has a great knowledge of the body and an in-depth understanding of related fields. When I injured my shoulder I felt I had a safe pair of hands relieving tension that builds up from my desk job and from not using my shoulder properly.
She’s very effective in releasing big, immobilising knots and I always come out feeling physically and mentally refreshed :)

I booked with Heidi for a deep tissue massage. It was honestly the best I ever had. I’ve suffered with back pain for years, and more recently hip pain. Heidi done a great job finding the tense areas and tracking where my pain was just from feeling my muscles without me even having to direct her. She really took her time getting out extremely stubborn and built up tension in my shoulders. She even advised me on how I can improve my posture and position myself better when I’m sleeping to reduce my back problems. Her knowledge and expertise in massage really showed. After the massage she took extra time to demonstrate how to use a trigger ball and how I can benefit from using it. I have been using it since and it has been a great help. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Heidi!

The service at the Bodytonic Clinic is exceptional, and I highly recommend treatment from Isabel Kelly.
With Isabel’s Degree and Masters in Osteopathy accompanying her many years’ experience, she will find any knot and relieve any tension. Her concern for patients also extends to her imparting pertinent exercises/stretches to do at home for injury preventative measures. You’d be remissed not to seek her expertise and guidance. The best place I've been for laser and could not be happier with results! I've had laser before and it hasn't worked, so I was a little apprehensive but in the consultation Sheena was so reassuring, and the laser is so effective, I needn't have worried. It is so worth doing and doesn't hurt at all, the laser feels a bit hot, but waxing is so much worse. All the staff are lovely too so I cannot recommend them enough.

Trisha is a great physio! Very caring and knowledgeable. She is helping me with my recovery from months and months of lower back pain. She also contacts me on a regular basis to check in with me to see how my recovery is going. Never had this before from any practitioner/establishment. Highly recommend her.

Esther is a great physiotherapist. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She has helped me with my shoulder issues and has introduced me to a variety of therapies that have benefited my rehabilitation. I can’t recommend her enough!

It was my first time visiting an osteopath, and I will definitely be back again. Sofia was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. She explained everything really well throughout the session and even checked in with me after to check on my progress. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Bodytonic for a few years now, as has a good friend of mine. We both love it, the staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s a nice clinic that is convenient and feels local. The therapists are highly skilled and professional and friendly, though special mention to Violetta who is a star practitioner. I’ve had a few aches and pains this year and her excellent aromatherapy massages have been a dream! Couldn’t recommend Bodytonic enough.
