I've had a number of osteopathy treatments with Stefano to treat neck pain and migraines and the treatments were very effective. I was pain-free after two sessions, and I have not had a migraine since I started the treatments. I also really appreciated that Stefano took the time to ask questions to understand what could be causing my neck pain and migraines. The environment at Kuu is very welcoming and calming. I highly recommend Kuu!

I’ve seen many osteopaths over the years and Stefano at Kuu is by far the best. Very professional and personalised treatment. Doesn’t just do the ‘set menu’ adjustments and send you away. He works the specific areas and really gets to the root of the problem to fix the injury. Highly trained and is honest about the frequency for needed treatment. Not just try to rip you off by suggesting a huge amount of sessions if they’re not necessary, like other practices do.

Stefano is friendly, has a nice manner and makes you feel very comfortable from the start. Great communication and explains thoroughly the manipulations and the reasons behind it. Which gives a better understanding of your own body and how to continue the healing yourself. The after care exercise program is in depth, clear and very easy to continue at home. The clinic is perfectly clean and the staff welcoming and attentive. And the booking system has good communication and reminders so you never miss an appointment. Highly recommended.

Kuu are great! Both osteopaths I've visited (Guilia and Hannah) have been absolutely lovely. Guilia has really helped me with a knee injury I've had for over a year, which has been such a relief after physiotherapy and treatment on the NHS failed. The clinic is always a very calming place and it's great value for money.

My usual osteopath is in France and I had to book an emergency appointment as I was in such horrific pain I could hardly move my head. I had never been to Kuu before and booked a session with Marco and he was fabulous! He made me feel really at ease and was very sympathetic to the pain I was in, along with being very considerate (dimming the lights not to hurt my eyes etc) I walked out completely pain-free. I would definitely see Marco again, he's very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very comfortable.

Always a bit apprehensive when going to a new clinic, but Marco very quickly made me feel at ease. The whole session felt very meditative (which I definitely haven't experienced in osteopathy before), and I completely trusted his process. He takes the time to explain things during treatment which I really appreciated, and really listens to and understands your needs / concerns. This clinic is a little piece of magic, would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning. Wish I visited sooner!

I've been seeing Elisa at Kuu for a little over a year now and she works absolute magic! She genuinely cares about her clients and has so many wonderful recommendations for healing from other angles. I always leave a session with Elisa feeling taller, calm and relaxed. She's done wonders for back issues, anxiety and its manifested tensions.

Booked the last minute appointment and it was the best decision. The therapist Marco released stress and tension as well as headache in minutes. Staff is welcoming and caring. Extremely happy and would recommend Kuu to everyone I know.
