Adele has really helped me with my back pain. I was surprised at how much difference just one session made! Not only does she have magic hands but also a professional, positive and encouraging attitude, which is very refreshing.

She really took the time to familiarise herself with my specific issues, lifestyle and circumstances to offer the best advice possible. She even reviewed my scans to ensure she had the full picture.

The clinic is also clean and professional but not “medical” looking to the point that it is intimidating.

I am now going back for my third appointment - I have found that intermittent visits keep up the the progress. Would definitely recommend both Spine+ and Adele!

i've had an injury in my spine and my sacrum, and Adele has given me brilliant advice and treatment, that has really pushed me along the path to recovery - sharing tips and stretching for me to do for longer term rehab which is also as important as the treatments (acupuncture, massages, etc) that she's done.

she's been very helpful and patient in communicating things clearly and answering my (numerous!) questions. her help has really impacted my recovery positively and has accelerated it, which has made a big difference to my physical and mental health, as i am back to training and feeling more like myself again. thank you so much!

Darren Chandler has been my chosen go-to to fix any muscle, joint or back issues over the last 16 years. His knowledge, expertise and techniques are unsurpassed, but it is the genuine care and attention for his customers that makes him sit head and shoulders above any other Osteo, Chiro or Physio I've experienced....there have been many! The Bow clinic is spotless, well-equipped and easy to get to. Terry's deep tissue sports massages are also great, a lovely guy with magic hands! There is always a warm welcome, professional service and helpful after-care advice that gives you every confidence that you've been looked after really well. It is an excellent find just off the beaten track of Central London's plush, high-priced establishments. Would highly recommend!

Darren has absolutely surpassed any other osteo or physio I’ve ever seen . Top advice , knowledge & treatment for both me & my teenage son . My son had been told he had growing pains numerous times by various osteopaths & the GP but Darren immediately diagnosed a possible fracture , Schmorl’s node & scoliosis which an MRI confirmed .Darren’s level of care & support goes well beyond anything we've experienced before . Adele is a miracle worker! I bodybuild and get a lot of injuries. I’ve got a cam deformity on my hip and Adele relieves pain every time I go and she’s also incredibly knowledgeable in her field! Also her back cracking techniques makes my back so much stronger! Thank you Adele :)

I always struggled finding someone to go for back therapy as I have a history of back pain. I went today because of upper back pain and the treatment I received was phenomenal. Just had a consultation and treatment done by Adele. Absolutely fantastic service and extremely personable. We talked about a wide variety of topics and she helped educate me on why my joint pain is bad. Made me feel like I was receiving VIP treatment. Will 100% go back for further treatments.
