There is such a great, positive vibe at this clinic and the modern decor is very refreshing. Archie is highly accomplished and has many approaches to offer for effective treatment. I love the collaborative and proactive focus on healthy living!

Being a Complementary Therapist I do know about the importance of the Person Centered approach. I feel Tom and myself we have the same approach where we look for the emotional component as well when treating.
I am really happy that someone is finally giving me that 'space' to be able to heal after my 20 months old car accident I've been involved in.

Myself and my Husband decided we wanted to try something new, Wim Hof Method delivered everything and more we found it fascinating and extremely invigorating. We found Tom delivered the experience above and beyond & so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this experience. It was also interesting to see all the other courses and treatments offered at the Barn Clinic.

Phoned lunchtime, offered an appointment that afternoon. Very professional service. Clean, welcoming reception and polite receptionist. Archie was professional knowledgeable and didn’t want to give a fake diagnosis until the results of a scan have been received. Made to feel relaxed and reassured even though I was in pain. Didn’t feel pressured into further expensive treatment.

I did Wimhof fundamentals with Tom last weekend. He was brilliant and so informative about the process we were going through. I would recommend the course to anyone wanting to do Wimhof breathing technique and cold therapy for the 1st time.

I have had RA for over 20 years and never thought of seeing an osteopath, however, now I’m more mobile and more informed about my condition. I see Becky as and when we both think I need to be seen. She explains exactly what she is doing and has given me exercises to do at home. I have also seen Paul the podiatrist who made me some amazing insoles. I have also seen tori for Hopi ear candle treatment which was amazing. I attend Pilates every week in a small group which has helped my mobility. The great thing about livelong is that all the different professionals work together and in a holistic way. They don’t just treat my RA but all of me. I have such a positive outlook now thanks to all the staff at livelong

This practice was recommended to me by a friend. Although now in my 70s, I had never suffered with any joint or muscle issues until just over 3 months ago when I was suddenly hit with severe knee pain and stiffness which made it extremely painful to walk any distance or go up and down stairs. Archie thoroughly examined my legs from ankle to thigh and immediately reassured me that I had developed an "arthritic flare up" which could be dealt with and shouldn't need any long term treatment apart from some occasional maintenance. After 4 visits spread other 4 months I am now almost back to normal, feel reassured and have regained my confidence to be fully active once again. Archie has been thoroughly professional, explained everything in detail and provided the appropriate treatment and exercises to get things back to normal. Well suited premises and friendly staff all of whom I would highly recommend.

Long standing lumbar spinal issues which needed a fusion 8 years ago.
Originally I had Bowen treatment with Laura when she was mobile & then when Laura joined Livelong at Hyntle Barn I transferred to having treatment there.
It is always a very welcoming, clean & well run clinic & recently when I had a big flare up of symptoms Laura got Tom to come in & assess me too, he also then treated me. A real multidisciplinary team, can't fault them in any way & nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
